What we collect from you
When you ask for a call through this website, we collect your name, your practice name, your email address, and the time window you chose. That is all the form asks for and all we store from it. When we work together, we also hold whatever access you give us to your own marketing accounts, and the notes and files that come out of the work itself.
What we do with it
We use it to contact you and to do the work you have asked us to do. We do not sell it, we do not trade it, and we do not use it to advertise to you on behalf of anyone else. If you have not heard from us in a while and want off our list, one email does it.
Who can see it
Kazi and Saif Rahman. There is nobody else on the team, so there is no wider internal audience for your information. Where we use an outside service to do something specific, such as sending the confirmation email for a booking request, that service handles only what it needs for that task.
Patient information
We build and run marketing systems. We do not need clinical records to do that, and we do not ask for them. Where a tool we set up handles a message from a patient, such as a booking request through Reva on your website, that information exists to get the request to your front desk and is used for nothing else.
Access to your own accounts
Your Google Business Profile, your advertising accounts, your website and your domain stay in your name. We work inside them with the access you grant, and if we stop working together you keep everything and we remove our access. We do not hold your accounts hostage as a retention strategy, which is worth asking any agency about before you sign.
Removing your information
Email kazi@techgizmo.cloud and ask. We will confirm what we hold and delete what we are not required to keep.
Questions this page does not answer
If your practice needs written answers on specific regulatory or contractual points before you can engage a vendor, ask on a call and we will answer them in writing rather than posting a general claim here. Anything we put on this page is something we can stand behind.
