We do not sell anything from this website, so there is nothing here you can agree to by clicking. Work is covered by a written agreement signed before it starts.

Using this website

The content here describes what we do. It is not advice for your specific practice, and reading it does not create a working relationship between us. Booking a call does not commit you to anything either.

Terms for actual work

Every engagement is covered by its own written agreement setting out scope, what each side is responsible for, what things cost, and how either of us can end it. You get that document before you sign anything, and you are welcome to have your own advisor read it. If you want to see the terms before booking a call, ask and we will send them.

What belongs to you

Your accounts, your domain, your website content and your data are yours. The written agreement says so explicitly, and if we stop working together you keep them and we remove our access.
